| 1. | All customers must be aged 18 years of age or over - proof of age may be required at the point of entrance. In line with local policing requirements any customers appearing to be under 21 will be asked to prove they are over 18 years of age. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid British passport, valid UK photo card driving licence or a Portman Group "Prove It" card. Any persons found to be under 18 years of age or who cannot provide one of these accepted forms of ID when asked will not be permitted entrance to the venue. Any customers entering on student admission (full time only) must be able to produce a student photo ID card that clearly shows valid expiry dates and that they are in full time education, otherwise full payment will be charged. |
| 2. | No tickets are sent out. Please quote booking surname or reference number on the door. Bookings are non changeable/non transferable and non refundable. The reselling of tickets is expressly forbidden, tickets sold via unofficial outlets will not be recognised. |
| 3. | Advance bookings (recommended) must be paid in full and may not be exchanged nor monies refunded once made. |
| 4. | Times of arrival are given at the point of booking, whether online or by telephone. Please ensure your whole party is checked in before the cut-off point. Any customers arriving after cut-off point may be admitted at the management's discretion. This may not be until an interval and will be for whatever space is available, for seated shows this may be standing space. |
| 5. | Please book any extra additions to parties in advance. Any additional persons who turn up on the night must wait until all pre-booked customers are checked into the venue and will be seated only if we have any space left. |
| 6. | On most nights a strictly limited amount of space is for sale on the door, once all pre-booked customers are checked in, this is not recommended for parties larger than 6 people. There is no guarantee of entrance on the door. |
| 7. | The management reserve the right to refuse admission. Customers who arrive already intoxicated or are found attempting to bring alcohol or other prohibited drugs into the venue will be refused entry without refund. The right to conduct bag researches is reserved. |
| 8. | All customers are expected to treat the venue, staff and acts with due respect and good manners. |
| 9. | Acts subject to change without notice. |
